Hi guys. There’s been a lot going on since last few months so I couldn’t start my investigation on AMP9 modification as soon as it’s released. I could have put AMP9 up first but I really want to make sure I tried everything and finalize with best recipe.

Now I’ve finished my research and the wait is over. Fidelizer Mod for AMP9 is now ready with the following changes below.

 

Reference – As all other amp modules, I’ll upgrade important capacitors with highest quality one,  tuned for highest transparency and fluid dynamics. Capacitors in AMP’s power supply circuit are also upgraded with highest grade tantalum capacitors.

Signature – As many people find AMP9 lacking output power, I upgraded output buffer with more powerful but also have very power efficient one. I also applied some damping materials on NuTube module to improve vibration control for better transparency.

 

I also tested battery life with stock iBasso DX220 unit listening to music at normal volume level and it lasts more than 7 hours so it won’t affect battery life significantly. You can get the best sounding amp module with more powerful upgrade in Portable Products now. 🙂
